By accessing and using Babra AI's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
2. Description of service
Babra AI provides AI-powered all-in-one application assistance, helping users find the right schools, prepare application materials, submit applications, and track progress. Our services include guidance, editing suggestions, application organisation, and progress management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without notice.
3. User accounts
To access certain features of our service, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information up to date.
4. Intellectual property
The service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Babra AI and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
5. User content
You retain all rights to content you submit to our service. By submitting content, you grant Babra AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We will never share your personal application materials with third parties without your explicit consent.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use our service: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to submit false or misleading information; (c) to impersonate another person; (d) to interfere with or disrupt the service; (e) to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the service; (f) to collect information about other users; or (g) for any commercial purpose without our explicit written consent.
7. Payment terms
Certain aspects of the service may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the service. We reserve the right to change fees at any time. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your use of the service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Babra AI expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee admission to any educational institution.
9. Limitation of liability
In no event shall Babra AI, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of our service after any revision becomes effective constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
