Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us — for example when you create an account, submit application materials, or contact us for support. This includes your name, email address, educational background, and application documents. When you use our service, we also automatically collect certain information about your device, including your IP address, browser type, and usage data.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions; send you technical notices and support messages; and respond to your comments and questions. We also use it to develop new features, protect our users, and comply with legal obligations. Your application materials are used solely to generate personalised guidance and feedback through our AI technology.
Analytics and advertising
We use PostHog to understand how our product is used. This includes usage events and session replays; sensitive inputs such as passwords are masked before anything is recorded. Our sites also use Reddit's advertising pixel and send matching conversion events to measure whether an ad led to a useful visit or completed action. If you arrive through a Reddit ad, we may keep its click identifier in your browser's local storage for up to 28 days. Conversion matching may use that click identifier, browser and network signals, and identifiers normalized and hashed with SHA-256 (such as an email address or account id). If you enable Global Privacy Control or have a stored opt-out preference, we do not load the Reddit pixel, store Reddit identifiers, or send Reddit conversion events. We never sell your personal information, and your application materials are never shared with advertising platforms. Browser controls can block these technologies, and clearing site data removes stored identifiers.
